Yesterday, I went to some fall beauty press launches and brought home this Paul & Joe Pearl Lipstick. If you know my love of cats and makeup, you won’t be surprised to know that I have trouble containing my excitement over Paul & Joe products… especially the cat-shaped ones.
Unlike many other Paul & Joe products, which I usually just take out to look at from time to time, (what can I say? It gives me joy!), I actually tried this lipstick on my lips, and managed not to “hurt” the kitty by using the back of its head. It gives a very subtle shimmer and is quite hydrating, which matters a lot for me and my super dry, ever-chapped lips.
Featured on the left is the Treatment Lipstick, which has ingredients like honey, jojoba oil, and macadamia seed oil in it. The Pearl Lipstick (on the right) is very similar, but is infused little mini sparkles to give it a bit of shimmer and a dewy finish. I did a little swatch video on Instagram. Check it out here!
